At the Present Time, for the 2012 Season

SOCOBASS has 14 active members participating in club events.

We are seeking both boaters & non-boaters.

We have a shortage of  Non-boating members fishing in our 2012 Tournament Trail. 

The club as agreed mutually keep our club size to about 24 members, allowing us the ability to fish many more lakes throughout Connecticut, which have minimal parking for larger clubs.

Look into joining the club before the season begins. Season begins April, 2012.

In Connecticut, fishing tournaments are scheduled with the DEP for the lakes we wish to fish.  Due to the club size and number of participants, we no longer qualify to fish some waters in the state, and can not get permits for a larger numbers of participants. This limits the club to fish larger waters, and there are not many waters that can allow 10+ boats/permits.
